Very mild in flavor and bubbles. It's more like watermelon infused sparkling water then a straight up soda. I like it's flavor balance, and I like that you could do a few big gulps and not get burps. I would say the watermelon is almost a mix of honeydew with watermelon, with the honeydew being slightly more prominent.
